on the failure of pilotsThere is not much I know.   
 
It's true.  There is a naive air to what I say, but that doesn't make it any less the truth.  There are things that I would pretend to tell you, and maybe you would understand what I am getting at.  Maybe it's nothing more than a cleverly-placed ruse.  Regardless, I am not a smart person.  I do know what I wish to express, but better moments have plagued me with their lack of intention, or even the absence of inspiration.   
These pilots in my hands, these little things, they fail me.  They take me only to places that I've been on the failure of pilots

burnIt started as a lump in my throat.   
I could feel it in my blood, like the foreshadowing of something wretched, teasing it to a simmer.  I paid no attention to it, though, blaming it on the heat.  I could see it in my hands and the way that they shook, unable to keep hold of even the most important of things.  That, however, was most likely either the coffee or the excitement.  When I felt the lump in my throat, however...the rising palette that made it hard to swallow...in that one instant, I couldn't lie to myself anymore.   
Things had changed.   
The scenes that had flashed before my in slow motion were fill burn

I want you to lay completely still so that I can set my shutter to it's slowest speed  I want the moonlight to slowly move from one side of the room to the other  Illuminating your entire body  I want my camera to be the only witness to your most silent hours  To capture them like a thief in the night  I want to keep the image that will be the same as you after you have passed   
All this beauty, and I want to capture it like goldfish   
 
I want to take your picture while you cry   ...it will last longer

yeah ok I was tagged. By Gabo. I'm not one to kill the game, and I should prove that i'm still around, so here's six odd facts about me.


* Almost all dogs hate me. The only exceptions are dogs that are too passive and would like anybody, or my dog that I've been around since a puppy. Most dogs hate me, right away, as if on instinct.

* When I'm driving alone at night, I scream as loud as I can to stay awake sometimes.

* Six years ago, I could speak semi-fluent japanese. Now, however, I have trouble seperating it from chinese.

* There's a large hole in the muscle on my left leg. Seriously, I can press my finger in it and everything. I've had it since I was 16, but it's never hurt, so I've never had a doctor look at it.

* I am startled by toasters when they pop. Even if I am making the toast. When it pops up, my heart skips a beat.

* I have a 40-page comic done that will probably never see the light of day. It took me that many pages to decide whether I really enjoyed it or not...
